Martin Goller's
early interest in railroading was fueled by the last steam operations
in Germany. German standard and narrow gauge, and a long-distance
love with North American trains and rail operations form the foundation
for the hobby.
Several visits
to Colorado created a deep interest for the Rio Grande and D&SL.
Bond and the Craig branch are the focus for an HO layout. The
narrow gauge interest is explored with a G-gauge out-doors layout,
centered around Cimarron. Currently, Martin is a member of the
D&SL Historical Society. Further hobbies are history of glass
making, photography, and the outdoors.
Other interests
he shares with his wife Dorothy are their farm, horses and dogs.
Martin works
for Corning Incorporated in Corning, NY as a Materials Engineer.
